Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Level 5 Prep Coat

Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Level 5 Prep Coat is a premium high film build prep coat designed to even out surfaces and help to create a level 5 finish. It has exceptionally high opacity and is very easy to sand. All Dulux Professional® products are designed to meet the application needs of painters.



How to apply FASTFINISH™ Level 5 Prep Coat

Surface preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry prior to application. Brush down to remove dust. Thoroughly stir all products with a broad flat stirrer prior to application. Previously painted surfaces, except cement sheets, must be sanded to remove loose, peeling, flaking or chalky paint. Sand all gloss and semi gloss surfaces to a dull finish and wipe down with a damp cloth to remove surface dust. Spot prime bare areas.

Pressure: 2000-2800 PSI

Coverage

Approximately 5m² per litre

Wash up

Water.

Thinning

Not usually required, but can be thinned with up to 100ml water per litre if necessary.

Drying time

Drying times on a day of about 25°C

Touch dry: 2 hours
Sand: 8 hours then recoat

Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Undercoat and Ceiling Flat

Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Undercoat and Ceiling Flat is a high-quality, dual-purpose interior paint that is designed to save time by undercoating walls and topcoating ceilings without stopping.

How to apply FASTFINISH™ Undercoat and Ceiling Flat

Surface preparation

Can be used on paper-faced plasterboard, MDF, masonry and suitably primed interior timber. Stir well before use. Apply one coat of Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Undercoat & Ceiling Flat by airless spray to all chosen substrates. For ceilings, apply a second coat of Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Undercoat & Ceiling Flat by spray as the finished coat. Back-rolling of the second coat may be performed to achieve the desired finish. For all areas other than ceilings, apply the suitable topcoats to finish. Please note that in each instance the first coat should be sufficiently dry before applying subsequent coats. Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Dry Fall Ceiling


Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Dry Fall Ceiling is a flat premium acrylic ceiling paint designed specifically for spray application. Formulated with dry fall properties, it is suitable for interior ceilings and overhead surfaces. When applied to ceilings of a minimum three metres in height, the Dry Fall paint dries to a powder when the overspray particles reach the floor, allowing for easy clean up.


How to apply FASTFINISH™ Dry Fall Ceiling

Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry prior to application. Brush down to remove dust. Thoroughly stir all products with a broad flat stirrer prior to application. Previously painted surfaces, except cement sheet, must be sanded to remove loose, peeling, flaking or chalky paint. Sand all gloss and semi gloss surfaces to a dull finish and wipe down with a damp cloth to remove surface dust. Spot prime bare areas. Please ensure all areas are masked up prior to application. This product is formulated with DryFall properties, which when applied to ceilings of minimum 2.7 metres in height allows the paint to dry to a powder and fall to the ground for easy clean up.

Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Water Based Enamel



Dulux Professional® FASTFINISH™ Water Based Enamel are premium acrylic products suitable for use on interior and exterior doors, window frames and trim. They are a great alternative to traditional oil-based enamels with the benefits of using an acrylic paint.

Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry prior to application. Brush down to remove dust. Thoroughly stir all products with a broad flat stirrer prior to application. Previously painted surfaces, except cement sheets, must be sanded to remove loose, peeling, flaking or chalky paint. Sand all gloss and semi gloss surfaces to a dull finish and wipe down with a damp cloth to remove surface dust. Spot prime bare areas.

Recoat: 2 hours under cool or humid conditions allow longer times. Ensure temperature is above 10°C during application and drying.
