If you have a Dulux Trading Account, you are eligible to become a member of the DuluxTRADE Rewards program.
By applying to become a member of the program, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person, entity, or account.
If you cancel your Dulux trading account, your DuluxTRADE Rewards membership will also be cancelled.
Member Pricing on Tools and Accessories
Members will receive exclusive Member Pricing on eligible tools and accessories products. Please note that Member Pricing may vary between selected Inspirations stores & Dulux Trade Agents.

Program Communications
By becoming a member of the program, you agree to receive communications from Dulux about the program, as well as other communications about Dulux products and services.
Opting Out:
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the marketing email communications. Once unsubscribed, Dulux will remove you from the mailing list.
Accruing Points: You earn points by purchasing eligible products from Dulux Trade outlets, Paint Spot and Inspiration stores. Refer to the DuluxTRADE Rewards app or DuluxTrade Web for details on the points earned per product.
Dulux may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonus points or adjust the points accrual amount. Dulux may also adjust points if any dollars spent were incorrectly credited/debited or if a refund is obtained.
The Points do not accrue for bank fees, government fees and charges, taxes or interest charges incurred on your Dulux Trading Account or purchases for which a refund is subsequently obtained. However, points may be used to make payments toward your Dulux Trading account, subject to the program's redemption rules and limits.
Dulux will provide a Dulux trading account statement to you via email each month. Additionally, Dulux may, (at it absolute discretion), issue a DuluxTRADE Reward statement via email. You may access your DuluxTRADE Reward statement at anytime through the DuluxTrade web via your online portal or on the DuluxTRADE app under the rewards tab.
Unless suspended, the points are earned and allocated at the time of purchase. The Points earned and allocated will appear on your Rewards Statement within 48 hours after the relevant purchase.
If dollars spent by you have been incorrectly credited or debited or you subsequently obtain a refund for any purchases, Dulux may (in its absolute discretion) adjust the Points accrued.
Dulux may (in its absolute discretion), withhold the Points accrued. If you’re in breach of the terms of the Dulux Trading Account, Dulux may (in its absolute discretion) withdraw or cancel the value of Points accrued, and Dulux is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by you in withholding, cancelling or withdrawing Points.
In addition to the Points, Dulux may (in its absolute discretion) offer Benefits to you. If Dulux offers Benefits to you, the Benefits are subject to these terms and conditions.
If you dispute the Points allocated and included on your DuluxTRADE Rewards Statement, you must contact Dulux and request an adjustment of the Points balance within 30 days after being included on your DuluxTRADE Rewards Statement. Otherwise, the Points allocated and included on your DuluxTRADE Rewards Statement is deemed correct.
Point Earning Structure
Members will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points will be automatically credited to your rewards balance upon the completion of your transaction, in accordance with these terms.
A review of member activity will take place annually on July 1st each year.
Member pricing on tools and accessories is subject to change based on annual spending. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly, reflecting the total spend over the previous 12-month period.
Non-Points Purchases
Any purchases made that are not eligible for points will not appear in the rewards section of your transaction data, either on DuluxTRADE Rewards app or DuluxTrade Web.
You may redeem points to acquire rewards as specified on the DuluxTRADE Rewards app or DuluxTRADE website.
Points are not redeemable for cash, nor are they transferable to any person. DuluxTRADE Rewards are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit, nor are they exchangeable for any other rewards.
To redeem points, you must comply with the security and identification procedures as specified in the DuluxTRADE account.
Dulux may, in its absolute discretion, make any changes to the DuluxTRADE Rewards offered or to the points required to redeem a reward. If Dulux changes the rewards offered or the points required, it will post the changes on the DuluxTRADE website.
Dulux is not liable for any loss, expense, damage, or liability suffered or incurred by you as a result of a reward no longer being available or fraudulent redemption of points by a person, if the redemption has been accepted based on the security and identification procedures applicable at the time.
Any dispute about redeeming points and acquiring rewards will be resolved by Dulux at its absolute discretion, and Dulux's decision will be final and binding.
Points remain valid for a period of two years (2) from the date they are first allocated and included in your DuluxTRADE Rewards statement. After this period, the points will expire.
If you do not acquire any points during a consecutive 12-month period, Dulux may, in its absolute discretion, forfeit all accrued points.
Points Redemption Minimum
You must have a minimum of 2,000 points to redeem in-store and online. Points can be used to partially or fully pay for qualifying purchases, subject to availability and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
When redeeming points for account payments or in-store purchases, members must use their entire available points balance at the time of redemption. Partial payments using points are not permitted. Members cannot use points to pay for their accounts at agencies or depots.
GST Inclusive Redemption Value
When loyalty points are redeemed to offset purchases or invoices, the value of the points applied is calculated on a GST-inclusive basis. This means the redemption value includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) and is applied accordingly to the total GST-inclusive amount on any relevant invoice or transaction.
Application to Trading Account
Points redeemed against previous purchases will be applied as a reduction to the outstanding balance on the member's trading account with Dulux. This redemption does not constitute a discount, does not alter the pricing or any agreed discount structure, and will not impact any future discount entitlements or account terms.
You can redeem points to reduce the balance on your DuluxTRADE account. This isn't a discount on your account and won't change the original purchase price of your goods.
Suspension or Cancellation by Dulux
Dulux may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or cancel your Dulux trading account or your membership in the program. If your account or membership is suspended, you will be unable to earn or redeem points. If your account or membership is cancelled, any outstanding amounts owing to Dulux become immediately due and payable, and any unredeemed points are immediately forfeited.
Cancellation by Member
You may cancel your Dulux trading account or membership by providing no less than 30 days’ written notice to Dulux. Upon cancellation, any remaining points or other benefits will be forfeited immediately.
Suspension or Termination of the Program
Dulux may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the program at any time. If the program is terminated, Dulux will provide no less than 30 days’ notice to allow you time to redeem any points and acquire rewards before the program ends.
Change of Dulux Account Number
Changing the Dulux account number due to a change in an Australian ABN or New Zealand BN will result in the closure of the digital and rewards accounts linked to the original Dulux account. Any points or entitlements will be lost when the rewards account is closed. We recommend redeeming all points prior to closing or changing your Dulux account
Taxation Responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining independent professional tax advice regarding any taxation implications arising from your membership in the program. You are responsible for any tax liability, including any FBT or GST levied on the redemption of points or the acquisition of rewards.
Limitation of Liability
Dulux’s liability for any breach of these terms and conditions is limited to: The replacement of rewards or benefits; or the supply of equivalent rewards or benefits, at Dulux's discretion. This limitation of liability is in addition to any other rights and remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law:
Exclusion of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Dulux excludes any liability for losses suffered or incurred by you arising from or connected with the program, including any consequential or indirect losses, whether caused by a breach of statute, contract, negligence, or other tort.
Dulux is not responsible for any Reward acquired under the Program, any death or injury, loss or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with or caused by a Reward or the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward or a Reward voucher. For the purpose of this provision, consequential or indirect loss includes loss of income, profit or business, overhead costs or loss of goodwill or reputation.
Dulux provides no warranty with respect to the quality of a Reward or their acceptability or fitness for purpose.
Dulux may (in its absolute discretion) change the Reward or Point value of an item without notice or exclude you from the Program or cancel your participation in the Program.
You accept that your receipt of the benefit of any Rewards offered, disclosed, paid or advertised to you by a third party are at the sole discretion of that third party and may be subject to your acceptance of their separate terms and conditions. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward will be resolved directly between you and the provider of the goods or services that are the subject of the Reward.
Failure by Dulux to enforce a right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by Dulux.
Dulux may amend these terms and conditions. If the amendments are minor, Dulux amends these terms and conditions without notifying you. If the amendments are major, Dulux will give you no less than 30 days’ notice of the amendments by posting these amended terms and conditions on the Program Website.

Dulux Trading Account: the standard 30-day credit account issued by Dulux
Dulux Trading Account Statement: the summary of your previous month's purchases of Dulux products using your Dulux Trading Account.
Dulux Trade Outlets: Dulux trade centres and depots and any other stores designated by Dulux as a Dulux Trade Outlet.
Personal Information: information collected by Dulux about you when you become a member of the Program.
Points: the points allocated to you and which may be redeemed by you to acquire Rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Program: the Dulux Rewards Program offered by Dulux on and from 01/01/2021, which provides Points, Rewards and Benefits to you for the purpose of saying “thank you”.

Rewards: the goods and services listed on the Program Website which may be acquired by you by redeeming Points in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Rewards Statement: the statement specifying the Points accrued by you through your participation in the Program.
Specified Products: the products which Dulux deems from time to time will attract Points, as detailed in the FAQs on the Program Website.
You: a customer accepted for membership of the Program and who holds a Dulux Trading Account.
