How do I join DuluxTRADE?
If you are not an account holder, you can join by simply completing the application form above OR head in to your nearest DuluxTRADE Centre or Guthrie Bowron and ask one of our friendly staff members to join you up and start enjoying the benefits immediately.
How do I pay for my order – cash or credit?
All customers have the option to pay by credit or debit card for orders placed using DuluxTRADE. 30 Day Credit Account customers will also have the option to pay using their account. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
I can't login. What should I do?
If you are an existing customer, please call the DuluxTRADE account team who will be able to assist with your account details. The DuluxTRADE account team can be contacted on 0800 279 279, 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday NZST.
Can my whole crew use the same account?
